Predelivery planning for BCM procurement
The BCM Category Council established the Statewide Predelivery Committee to collaborate and coordinate the procurement and delivery activities for our building projects.
This will deliver better value for money and other government priorities by engaging the market in a more coordinated manner.
The Committee includes senior capital planners from asset owning agencies including Queensland Health, Department of Education, Queensland Corrective Services, Department of Energy and Public Works, Department of Housing, Queensland Police Services and Fire and Emergency Services. Central agencies such as Queensland Treasury, Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning and Department of Seniors, Disability Services and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships are also represented on the committee. Other guest agencies may participate from time-to-time.
This group works at a statewide level and establishes sub-groups to undertake regional planning.

The Forward Procurement Pipeline provides information on upcoming projects prior to a tender being released.
It is an interactive map that enables you to search for projects based on location, category, department and project value.
Data for the public-facing forward procurement pipeline is sourced from the Prequalification System (PQC) and agencies are encouraged to maintain up-to-date project information.
