We invite CSYW employees and participants of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander career pathways service from other agencies to join us at the REACH Fundamentals.

REACH Fundamentals introduces you to the concept of the REACH Leadership Frame, and the process of facilitating professional supervision conversations.

Learning outcomes

REACH Fundamentals and Advanced is a two-day workshop that provides leaders the opportunity to learn more about the department’s REACH Leadership Frame. It explores the critical role you play when providing professional supervision. You will learn how to build your supervisory relationships so they are robust and encourage high performance.

Nominees should be current supervisors and operational leaders, or regularly relieve in a supervisory role.

This events aligns with the following Leadership competencies for Queensland:

Face-to-face workshop over two consecutive days.
