People Matters is a leadership course designed by the Public Service Commission and delivered by AIM. It provides the practical skills and confidence to effectively manage people, performance and change. The program helps leaders to understand their leadership style and team dynamics to improve workplace engagement and productivity. This offering also includes a 1-day Performance Conversations extension module. It is available only to Career Pathways Program participants.
