Leading for high performance
We invite HPW employees and participants of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Career pathways service from other agencies to join us at this free 2-day training module.
The Enterprise leadership program develops leadership skills and capabilities aligned with Queensland Government's agenda.
Delivered by the Queensland University of Technology for the Public Service Commission, this is a flexible, work-based, blended learning program which develops leadership skills.
This course will engage you in an interactive learning process enabling you to:
- understand the concepts underpinning high performance organisations
- build a high performance teams
- undertake coaching conversations
- conduct difficult performance conversations
- provide effective recognition and feedback
- build a culture of learning and adaptation.
Face-to-face training pre-work, starting 15 October 2019.
Two full days face-to-face training, 29 October and 26 November 2019.
Prerequisites and audience
Leading for high performance is for team leaders and program managers wanting to stay ahead and engage with the latest conceptual frameworks and techniques to build a high performance culture in their workplace.
