About

As a leader, how can you build and maintain a strong culture of ethics and integrity in your organisation?

Public sector employees are required to make ethical decisions, be accountable for their actions and demonstrate integrity.  And, while there are legislation and frameworks to guide and outline expected behaviour, this masterclass will help you explore the steps you can take to reinforce ethical conduct within your organisational culture, and lead with integrity.

Led by ANZSOG’s Gill Callister and Griffith University’s Adam Graycar, the masterclass will focus on models for driving and building integrity-based organisations, as well as building ethical cultures and models of leadership that are inclusive, values-driven and high performing.
