When it comes to feeling better about ourselves, and our place in the world, the biggest and most complex obstacle we need to manage is our mind. If we can manage that, we can handle almost anything life throws at us. The key is accepting that you may not be able to control what's happening to you or around you, but you always have choice about how you respond.

Join us for our next DPC Speakers series with Josie Thomson, two-time cancer survivor and neuroleadership expert, who will share her personal story around how to build resilience in times of uncertainty and constant change.

During this session, you'll be equipped with strategies and tools that will build your resilience capability in constantly changing environments. Through Josie's own journey, you'll hear about ways you can take control through self-awareness, self-management and personal responsibility.
