Benjamin Taylor is founder and managing partner at RedQuadrant, and chief executive of the Public Service Transformation Academy. Benjamin is a non-exec director of Systems and Complexity in Organisation, visiting lecturer in applied systems thinking at Cass Business School, City University, and has lectured at Nottingham Business School and Oxford Said/HEC Paris.
Cheryl Scanlon APM is Assistant Commissioner, Youth Justice Task Force, Queensland Police Service. Cheryl has served 26 years as an investigator in various parts of the State holding positions as Officer in Charge of a Child Protection Investigation Unit, Projects Inspector, District Detective Inspector, Divisional Inspector, Regional Crime Coordinator, Operations Commander, and Detective Chief Superintendent prior to her current role.
Michael Drane is Executive Director, Youth Detention Operations and Reform within the Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs. Michael is an experienced senior executive with extensive knowledge and practice experience in the youth justice sector.
Margaret (Meg) Wheatley has worked globally in many different roles: a speaker, teacher, community worker, consultant, advisor, formal leader. From these deep and varied experiences, she has developed the unshakable conviction that leaders must learn how to evoke people’s inherent generosity, creativity, and need for community. As this world tears us apart, sane leadership on behalf of the human spirit is the only way forward.
