Whilst many people know what they should do, utilising coaching in every day practices as a Leader does not always come naturally. This workshop will be highly practical and focuses on coaching conversations to develop, motivate and support employees.
- Understand why organisations are focussing on and building coaching cultures as an avenue to higher levels of motivation, engagement and discretionary effort.
- Provide an opportunity to practice coaching tools and tactics.
- Build capability to develop and coach others, to build and empower engaged, high performing and engaged teams to deliver the department’s outcomes.
