Use Talent Now to find development opportunities in government or, if you’re a manager, to find talent for your team.
Create a Talent Now profile. Register with a personal email, or use your LinkedIn, Google, or Facebook profile. Upload you resume. Outline what you’re best at, your interests, your development goals, and your work preferences. The more detail you provide, the more likely you’ll attract interest from managers looking for talent.
Managers from across the Queensland Government will be able to view your profile and contact you with development opportunities.
Use Talent Now to search for talent, create and manage talent pools, and post short-term (up to 6 months) opportunities to the Talent Now opportunities board (government log in required). Tap into the huge range of skills and experience available in the sector for your next project, collaboration or hire.
Email your agency's Talent Now expert with your contact details to request manager access.

SSO is an authentication process that allows you to access multiple services and applications with one username and password.
Most Queensland Government agencies use SSO. If your agency doesn't use SSO, contact your agency IT service desk and let them know you would like to use it.
Most government-owned corporates, non-government organisations, and statutory authorities do not currently use SSO. If your organisation doesn't use SSO, contact your IT service desk and let them know you would like to use it.
