Summary
This directive made under the Public Service Act 2008 continues to apply unless it is repealed or replaced under the Public Sector Act 2022. It only applies to public sector entities that it applied to prior to 1 March 2023.
To detail the conditions applying to the transfer of public service officers from one stream to another within a classification system or from one classification system to another.
