Requirements

If photographs are used in the site branding, agencies must use images photographed in Queensland.

Explanation

All images or photographs must have the appropriate copyright or licensing requirements.

To aid in conformance to this requirement, agencies should access the Department of the Premier and Cabinet Image Library for images to use in the site banner or other sections of their websites.
