In Brisbane, Cairns and Maroochydore, our Queensland Government Service Centres (QGSCs) provide cross-government information and services.

Queenslanders can access a range of services through our Queensland Government Agent Program (QGAP) counters. QGAP service outlets in rural and remote communities provide vital face-to-face contact for customers with limited access to community services.

Right place, first time

Our customer service staff will assess and locate the service the customer needs. If the service is not delivered by Smart Service Queensland, we make sure customers know who to contact instead. At our QGSCs, customers can then use a free phone and computer to resolve their query.
