We have 1 ground floor conference room available, known as Room B.
Room B can seat up to 20 people. Our conference room is permanently set up in a workshop layout. This is tables and chairs, with 5 chairs to a table.
The room capacity cannot be exceeded, due to workplace health and safety standards and building regulations.
This equipment comes standard with the room hire:
- a data projector with VAG and HDMI adapter
- a whiteboard (electronic)
- a flipchart stand
- magnetic strips
- phone outlet.
Other equipment may be available upon request.
Because equipment is limited, you should talk to the conference room coordinator as soon as possible if you need special equipment such as:
- hot water urns
- conference phones.
We encourage you to bring your own laptop. However, we can provide one if needed—please talk to us as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
You can book the room for a:
- half day: 8am to 12 noon or 1pm to 5pm, for a maximum of 4 hours
- full day: 8am to 5pm, for 4 to 8 hours.
Half-day bookings that go past 12 noon will be charged for the full day.
Costs for Room B include GST and are current as at June 2018:
- $116 for a half day
- $233 for a full day.
Kitchens are available for catering—but this is your responsibility to organise. You can self-cater, or choose an outside caterer.
Water coolers are provided free.
When using the facilities do not consume alcohol on the premises.
